Even though I am going to start playing part of my volume at 100NL, I am not "moving up" in the sense that I am leaving 50NL behind. Going forward, I will be playing multiple stakes at once. The reason I am doing this is two-fold:
1. It will allow me to move up with less risk to my bankroll
2. It gives me better table selection. Now I can focus on playing on the highest VPIP tables at 50NL and 100NL instead of just having to take whatever was available at 50NL.
I plan on recording my first 100NL session and posting it on my Youtube channel. Once I get it up, I will post the link here.
It's been a couple of years since I have been at 100NL, so I am a bit nervous but excited at the same time. The last time I moved up I had the worst stretch of variance ever. I was $4,000 under all-in EV. and while I still broke even after rakeback over like 30k hands, it was still a traumatic experience. This time let's hope for some run good! Hopefully, it's next stop 200NL.
